Resumen

 El sulfuro de cobre, y el sulfuro de zinc, se caracterizan por su baja toxicidad y alta abundancia de sus componentes, estos se pueden aplicar como precursores en la formación del material absorbedor CZTS, el cual es un material prometedor en la elaboración de celdas fotovoltaicas. El co-déposito de Cu2S y ZnS fue sobre vidrio conductor TEC™15, mediante la técnica de electrodepósito. Se utilizó ZnSO4 y CuSO4 y Na2S2O3·5H2O como agentes precursores y citrato de sodio tribásico como acomplejante, aplicando una densidad de corriente de 5 mA/cm2. La película depositada fue analizada mediante difracción de rayos X (DRX), Microscopia Electrónica de Barrido (SEM), Energía dispersiva de Rayos X (EDX) y Espectroscopia UV-Vis para determinar sus propiedades estructurales, morfológicas, ópticas y de composición. La información obtenida mediante las técnicas de caracterización demuestra la existencia de ambos compuestos en la película depositada, además la película depositada por este método presento uniformidad en su morfología con lo cual, pueden ser utilizadas para la preparación de materiales absorbedores de kesterita
