Its diagnosis is clinical and its prognosis depends, to a great extent, on early diagnosis and timely multidisciplinary and intersectoral treatment. The dental approach of the autistic patient is crucial and very important, so as not to lead to deterioration of the oral cavity and preventive management, in the same way to take the treatment with the parents together and thus achieve a better condition and quality of oral health.
