ANALYSIS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF MEDIATION IN HOSPITAL CONFLICTS

Resumen

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene el propósito de analizar y reflexionar sobre la relevancia que tiene la implementación de la mediación, en los conflictos que se presente día a día en los nosocomios, en el tiempo de pandemia, se incrementaron los diversos servicios de atención, y al mismo tiempo las quejas e inconformidades donde los usuarios y/o pacientes acudían a instancias judiciales para resolver los problemas, pero la gran mayoría no procedía por falta de argumento, mientras por otra parte el personal de salud por falta de tiempo y disponibilidad se sentía vulnerados para poder responder o defenderse de cierta situación. Por ello, la mediación suele ser una herramienta eficiente para abordar y gestionar este tipo de conflictos derivada su naturaleza flexible.

The purpose of this research work is to analyze and reflect on the relevance of the implementation of mediation in the conflicts that arise every day in hospitals, although it is true that during the time of the pandemic, the number of cases increased. various care services, and at the same time complaints and disagreements where users and/or patients went to court to resolve the problems, but the vast majority did not proceed due to lack of argument, while on the other hand health personnel due to lack of time and availability felt violated to be able to respond or defend themselves from a certain situation. Therefore, mediation is usually an efficient tool to address and manage this type of conflict due to its flexible nature.
