Resumen

El siguiente artículo, comienza con la breve historia de los sistemas alternos de resolución de conflictos y su implementación en México, explorando las leyes que se han ido promulgando para su promoción en implementación en todos los ámbitos de justicia en el país, seguidamente la figura de la Mediación y su importancia como herramienta de justicia alternativa. Continuando, se explorará la figura de la familia y sus conflictos diversos que enmarcan la inevitable unión con la Mediación para proseguir con la visión de ambos hacia el impacto que tienen con los derechos de niñas, niños y adolescentes a una infancia sana sin olvidar la importancia del principio del interés superior. Finalizando con el análisis y desglose de los derechos relevantes en la Mediación Familiar para ayudar a los infantes a participar y ser escuchados en estos procesos de justicia alternativa.

The next article, starts with a brief history about alternative dispute resolution and the implementation on Mexico, exploring resolutions and laws that helps all the areas of justice in the country, then the analysis of the Mediation and it is importance as a tool of alternative justice. Also, the figure of the family will be explored and their many conflicts that bind it together with the Mediation, to continue with the vision about how they impact on children and adolescents rights for a healthy infancy without forget the importance of the superior interest of children.
